The GRP body comes, without doubt, from the Polish manufacturer ISS Wawrzaszek (moreover, the ISS-W logo can be seen behind the ladder on the right - next to '1'). The 'R' on the left is certainly not Rosenbauer's logo, it probably belongs to ISS's local Norwegian/Scandinavian partner.

You are, naturally, right Konrad. Wawrzaszek has build the last three engines/pumpers delivered to the Bergen fire department. One of the others can be seen at No: picture 23826,picture # 23385 and picture 23386.

The "R" comes from the local (western) Norwegian partner/agent of Wawrzaszek - Rosendahl. Their logo can be seen at their website Rosendahl.no

This vehicle, which also can be seen at No: 23820, does not belong to the main station in Bergen. It belongs, as the marking on the top rear of the body says, to the station Laksevåg.
