Somerset Dennis F28 22FYD

Photo shows the 1959 Dennis F28 Pump Escape 22FYD that served at Wells in Somerset all its life. Photo was taken in 1978 a short time before it was taken off the run. By this time it had been converted to a Water Tender Ladder and you can see the Lacon ladder pitched against the dril tower.

Photo was taken by Lester Solway and is published with permission.
