It seems this factory was created on the ROF Summerfield and this pump is sometimes ascribed to the ROF factory there.
The appliance is preserved.

The compact front mounted pump not only maximizes space for equipment but helps to balance the weight distribution, partly compensating for the frequent problem of overloading the tacked on trailing axle on many of these Range Rover conversions.
