2010 Mercedes Actros B FU, London Fire Brigade
Taken on 2nd June 2010 this is one of the new Bulk Foam Units coming into service with the London Fire Brigade. Alfa 397, WV 59 PXY is BFU2 and is based at Finchley fire station. It was parked outside the Southwark Training Centre.

mark, the palletised loads on this appliance each carries 1,000 litres. It carries 8,000 litres of low-ex foam and 1,000 or 2,000 litres of hi-ex foam as well as well as 2 equipment pallets which include foam generators, monitors and branches, etc.
2 of these appliances have been ordered, 1 for finchley and 1 for sutton (as i believe, could be wrong). The LFB are also exploring the idea of bulk dry powder units for incidents requiring bulk loads of dual media.

counting the Schultz containers guess 5 aside would make 10.000 litres as each container holds 1000lts.
