West Midlands ERF 85' HP towed

taken 1984 at the fire exhibition Birmingham NEC, being towed by West Midlands recovery truck. The latter was an ERF chassis with a Dennis cab.

Poor old thing. I drove it new in 1969. 15yrs use not bad. I see West Midlands at least changed the blue lamps from the 'jam-pots' and the awful siren to two-tones which were badly needed!
