Hans! According to a swedish website was it in trafic for first time 1974-01-29. Its a Fct, FoamCrashTruck, the Norwegian company Skutäng build the body!Its one of severel built for the swedish airports. There were a other AirportCrashTruck
with powder onboard also.They was called Cct, Combined Crash Truck.
