Peter W.; need some help with the acronyms here:

'OSU' - ??
'Bucks' - (County of) Buckinghamshire.
'ET' - Emergency Tender ('Rescue Truck' - not the little alien in the movie.....)
'BAT' - Breathing Apparatus(Scott Pac) Tender.
'FoC' - Foam Carrier ??!

Great period shot - I assume that it is a 2-way lane/street.....My Fellow (North) Americans - imagine wrestling a 'Quint' ('Quintuple Combination = full-size ARP/CARP) down there, and on the "wrong" side of the road, too !

All of your guesses are correct, Pat. An OSU is an Operational Support Unit and will carry various 'supportive' kit depending on the Brigade. The usual stuff is BA, emergency lighting, salvage equipment, etc.
