Deeside screen saversIn 1985 I was attending a shout in the Dennis WRL A 758 LJC based at Deeside when suddenly the windscreen started to flop about. We stopped the appliance in the nick of time as the screen fell forwards and the SUB/O made a sterling catch that would have been the envy of many a good cricketer. With haste we duly dispatched the screen over the nearest hedge for safe keeping, and proceeded to the shout retrieving the offending article on our return. (SUB/O Cook pictured with his catch)
