Hello Walter,

Nice appliance. What "range of equipment" does this vehicle carry? What does it have for a pump and tank? Is this a gas or diesel engine?

David, Hello !
Its has 2 B/A sets. 180 gallon premix water/foam tank. Tool box with various tools, saws, crow bars,bolt cutters, hammers and tin snips. One foam fire extinguisher, extra hose length,akron nozzle,tripod for search light,tank filler adapter, jack, first aid kits x2, helmets and gloves x2. Ear defenders and small cab mounted fire extinguisher, air band radio and electronic 3 tone siren.
Pump is a Godiva 500 gpm mounted amid ship driven from the PTO. It has a 3.5ltr V8 Injection - thirsty - and a five speed gearbox.

Wow, a lot for a small appliance. With a 500gpm pump, I take it that a tanker accompanies it. What size of attack hose does it carry, reel or soft? Also, what is it like to drive it across the field?

With both hoses out and pumping it last 3 minutes to empty the tank ! The hoses are flaked in a compartment above the tank 130 mtrs in length. Its not really very good 'off road' due to the weight and only having 4x4 not 6x6 wheel drive the lazy third axle is un-driven and just to carry the extra weight.Even having 6x6 wheel drive does not make it any better across country, it just satisfies CAA regulations about all wheel drive.
