Anyhow, "Back On The Topic"; was this Fire Truck produced after Reunification of The Germanys ? looks to be something of a Rescue Truck (ET).

No it is a pump one of the civil defence pumps built in the 80s, a 1600l at 8 bar front pump and a man portable 800l at 8 bar.
