What is the white device mounted on top of the front crash bars?

Added by Barry on 09 February 2007.
It looks like some kind of either foam or water monitor.

...oh I thought it was a hair drier for our Scandanavian friends with their ABBA style hair...

Someone must know what it really is?

Added by Barry on 11 February 2007.
It is water monitor.

It must I assume be remotely controlled? Do you have any special conditions that require the monitor to be so low down? Would a roof mounted monitor not be more effective?

We don't have any special condition of it. This vehicle has earlier been in bigger city where is lots of industry(like chemical). But I don't know what they have done it. It's joystick control in the cab.
