Philip, I assume that this is ex West Sussex Bedford J5 / HCB WrT 3970 PX that you purchased off ebay in 2008. How is the restoration going and is it protected from the frozen conditions?
I was lucky with one of my appliances as I stupidly forgot to drain the tank and pump. Yesterday I found the sight-tube frozen and the tank full of water; Jethro and myself drained it and, hopefully, it has not suffered any damage.
A warning to everyone - split Godiva pumps are very expensive to repair so make sure they are drained completely although you can weld up split primers without too much trouble.
