Dodge G8685/Carmichael PL. Registered on 25th February 1981, AEY533W was allocated to Bangor as Alpha-one-two and replaced Ford D1114/Carmichael WrL KJC730P which in turn went to Alpha-two, Beaumaris to replace Karrier 21A"Gamecock"/Carmichael KEY 795. This appliance was named "O.G.Roberts" after a former Anglesey County Councilor. Reallocated to Delta 9 Caernarfon in 1984 when Bangor recieved Dodge G12/Carmichael B508MJC. Seen here as Kilo one-eight-two Aberdyfi she was replaced herself in 1995 when Barmouth recieved Mercedes-Benz 1124F/Carmichael L483WCC from Caernarfon and D886UCC was allocated to Aberdyfi, originally been at Kilo-sixteen, Dolgellau. All seven of Gwynedd PL's ran under the callsign of 2. If anyone has a photograph of KJC730P I would be greatful as this was the only Gwynedd post '74 machine that eluded my camera.
