Taken I think at Colwyn Bay 1975. Jennings of Sanbach bodied a number of fire appliances at this time especially as ERF joined the fire engine market in the 70s.
She did spend time at Colwyn Bay in her career, then Rhyl, then Deeside replacing KDM860K there. At Deeside she was seen as a county spare as well as operational, being replaced by the Dennis HP originally at Wrexham(but serving at Rhyl before L21XEY arrived). This vehicle still exists and is taxed and road legal.Anyone know where?
ERF bought Jennings in early 1963. Jennings had been producing most ERF cabs for several years according to the Commercial Motor archive. There were Jennings bodied pumps as well. Norfolk had a number.
