Does this engine have a pump and water tank? Hose?

Hi David,
This is a former Dutch pump. It's a 1975 Mercedes Benz LF608D29 with a Doeschot-Rosenbauer bodywork. Pump capacity is 1600 l/m low pressure, 300 l/m high pressure. 800 litres water in the tank.
