The classic rural country Pumper - still being made - relatively simple body on a commercial truck chassis - easy on the County's budget!
No need for a Crew-Cab; as the Volunteers respond directly to fire-scene, in their own vehicles (POV's); after ascertaining that someone is definitely getting the truck(s) out.....
Still got the rear-step and grab-handles; H & S-wise, likely only occupied for a funeral these days....
The body height would indicate a good-sized Water Tank, with the Rear Hose-Bed, on top.... say, about 1200 Imperial Gallons (1440 US Gallons, 5,455 Litres) ?
This is at station 7,its a ford f-series,sharp truck. They have two,the other one is at station eight-cooksville.they also have two GMC's,engine two- roosterville, engine nine -mt pleasant.
