Karrier Gamecock Pump Water Tender

Karrier Gamecock pump water tender, new to Warwickshire Fire Brigade then to Rolls Royce works FB. Now displayed at Coventry Motor Museum.
It can be seen that the starting handle is offset to the offside (right) of the machine which would suggest that the engine is mounted at an incline ?

Perhaps someone at Dennis could have persuaded Rolls Royce to buy a used Dennis with their own engine?
