Dennis 1952 Wheeled Escape
This appliance registered number 1AHX643 was in service as Motor 23 medium pumper (750 gpm) as first turnout at the No 1 City Fire Station in Murray Street Perth Western Australia. During it's entire tour of duty it carried the 50' wheeled escape. The machine is now housed at the Fire Brigade Museum and in this picture it is seen going through its paces crewed by two members of the Historical Museum Volunteer staff at their workshops in Forrestfield. The only modernised items are the orange front and rear indicators and the red rotating lamp.
