The Atego is a pump rescue truck (HLF). The MAN is a water tender (TLF) with a 5000 L tank. German fire brigades use these extensively, even in big cities, as they often avoid the need to open up hydrants. They are very useful at vehicle fires on the Autobahns and in industrial sites, where hydrants may be quite a distance away from where the water is needed.
