Isn't it - change out the blue covers for red on the light-bar and rear beacons; register it at the Motor Vehicle Dept for Licence Plates; and it could serve easily in Quebec province or the Acadian areas of New Brunswick, with the lettering in French on the side.

Heck, there is even a Lac Herve; actually on a road in Northern Quebec.

Wondering about the Hose Couplings, though......might be different.
