This is Hong Kong airport,number 14 is a snozzle appliance,the middle one is a hose layer/foam tender,not sure which the last one is

Must be for an 'Open House', as they are lined up for display, with explanatory plaques; same with the ambulance in back-ground.

Somewhat distorted photo - wide-angle camera lens, no doubt.
