Volvo FL6 from Morley. West Yorkshire 1993.

1993 was a memorable year for the Teesside based 500 Group. Our Daimler Fleetline bus caught fire on the M62 near Wakefield. This Volvo FL6 from Morley attended the incident. Luckily they got here before anything major happened!

Great Highway Incident shot - the member pictured in yellow safety vest; is that the Pump Operator, or the Police Officer ?

The pump op Pat.......The reflective strip on the bottom of his fire tunic (bunker coat) is the clue....also a police officer would have a checkered band on his cap.
