The rig on the left is a 1965 Ford C/American LaFrance Aero Chief 80' platform, #2-1-10003. Delivered in red, it was later painted lime yellow.

Were these imported secondhand to Thailand? They seem to both be left-hand drive; isn't Thailand a drive-on-the-left country?
