Hi Marcel. Of course I am talking about the chassis (which indeed defines the manufacturer). which is the Sfakianakis SS400. Different body styles have been built on this chassis. The engine is M.A.N.
The M.A.N logo on the vehicle is actually "illegal" (a smaller "powered by M.A.N" logo was supposed to be in place) and very often was added later by the users.

Looking more carefully at the caption, it may indeed be the Sfakianakis NS300 chassis rather than the SS400. "SS" stands for Stratis Sfakianakis and "NS" for "Nikos Sfakianakis" (his brother and successor).
The few Greek bus chassis manufacturers (including Sfakianakis) almost always "sneaked" a foreign logo - this of the engine manufacturer - on their buses, to add prestige to them. Sfakianakis stopped this practice in 2002, but even after this year, many owners asked it to add a M.A.N. logo afterwards. You see, it felt much more cool to own a M.A.N. rather than a "Sfakianakis" !
Sfakianakis productio stopped in 2006. Only a few bus bodies (on imported chassis) have been built ever since, and the chassis was provided ... guess by whom.... Turkey's TEMSA !!
