only 30m but 5 sections

Added by John48 on 21 February 2016.
The five section ladder helps to keep overall length down and improves maneuverability in many of Paris' narrow streets and older sections of the city.

Many other ancient European cities also operate five section 30 meter ladders for the same reason, but both Paris and several others also have many smaller ladders of 24 meters or even less height.
