Jose: quite rare in the Americas - apparently a rear-mounted pump.

The big, red, boxey thing, with the handle, would be the Dump Valve; for filling Portable Tanks (Mobile Dams) by gravity.

Seeing as the Dump Valve is mounted at bottom of
Water Tank; and the high Rear Hose-bed on top of the tank; must be quite a water-capacity - maybe 1500 Imperial Gallons of water [1800 US Gals; 6820 litres] on the single rear-axle.

Thanks for showing us an interesting rig.

Regards, from Canada,

This locally built Ford Cargo had a GVW of 17 tons, so a 2000 US gallon tank (= 7, 600 liter) could have been possible.
