Depends on the engine choice. It came with a rather feeble 2.4, a decent 3.0 or a quite lively 3.3.
But even the four cylinder 2.4 could probably more than keep up with almost any fire truck!
As far as "fully loaded" is concerned, command vehicles like this rarely run with more than two or three people on board, and do not often transport any heavy kit either, while the Voyager was designed to carry up to nine - and all their luggage...
It is still a rather unusual choice for a German fire service; most continue to buy only Mercedes, BMW, VW, Opel or German Ford vehicles.
