VW has a very dominant market position in Brazil, and build MAN trucks like this one, which are sold under the VW brand. This tractor used an older VW light truck cab, which is comparatively narrow, and ends up perched between the very fat front wheelarches on maximum weight trucks and tractors like this one.

Very large fire service water tankers are very commonplace in Brazil, because many communities do not have an extensive hydrant system.
