These are classified as WrL's although in Hampsshire they are all equipped with RTA equipment

This Volvo series was - and still is - available with a factory crew cab, shared with Renault.

Most fire engines used this, so it is quite unusual to see this integrated custom built full width one, and I wonder which firm produced this?

Rob, Emergency One made this cab, initially because there was a delay in getting the factory crew cab to the UK but some services specified this type of cab, possibly to aid resale value at end of service life.

To my eyes this looks like a good job - much better executed than the crew cabs on London's newest Ategos. It looks like a fully tilting crew cab, and reminds me of the spacious custom crew cabs which Saxon built for some of the older generation of Volvo fire engines.
