Shelvoke Operations Support Tender -1980
This appliance started life as a Foam Tender built on the Shelvoke SPV WY chassis rated at 17 tons. It was supplied new to the Tyne and Waer Metropolitan Fire Brigade. In the 1990's a switch was made from dedicated foam tenders to OSTs capable of carrying a variety of loads. This appliance was converted at that time and is currently used to transport a 1921 Dennis 'N' Type to events outside of a 50 mile radius from it's home.
