Great to see Russia preserving their historical apparatus.
This rig appears to follow British and European practice of mounting a proprietary hand-operated Aerial (TTL) on a standard truck chassis.
Are any of our Knowledgeable Readers able to identify the similarity of this TTL Ladder to any of the major Brands in Europe eg Magirus, Merryweather, & etc.....?
Thanks, Pat! Always good, if peoples remember their own history! I don't know the prototype of this ladder, but many Soviet ladders were made by type of Magirus ladders. In addition: this ladder is Hydraulic operated.
