what does hyper rescue mean Jacques?

Hyper Rescue are special units at the Tokyo FD
There are 4 units in Tokyo HR2, HR3, HR6, H8.
The staff has special training and skills, earthquake rescue, special fires, Hazmat NRBC, high rise building...etc.
These teams can be sent all over Japan and internationally as well.

This is at this present moment the case, many members from the Hyper Rescue are at the Fukushima plant with their engines. They are making a rotation of 5 to 6 days and then sent back to Tokyo.
