1942/43 Austin K2 Auxiliary Towing Vehicle
This is an Austin Auxiliary Towing Vehicle(ATV)seen here towing a Dennis trailor pump and is
just one of the many of this type that have gone into preservation today,and in actual fact its
beleaved that there could still be today throughout the UK some 100 of these preserved.
I know very little on the history of this appliance so cannot give more details and information
except that it was just one of around 4,000 produced by the Home Office for the war effort.
