Quite a bit bigger than most Tokyo pumpers, these have a water tank - unlike the regular units. In addition to the foam making solution and equipment, they have pretty much the same items, but they carry a smaller hose cart due to space limitations. This has around 60 meters of 65mm and 40 meters of 45mm - much less than the powered ride-on versions on many other Tokyo pumpers.
Around half of the city's 80 full time stations have one of these, backed up by eleven much larger tandem axle dedicated foam pumpers at selected locations.
In addition, bulk foam supplies are included in the container pods at the tactical support centers.
