The UK Government have supplied equipment for serveral Urban Search & Rescue Teams. This is Module 4 which carries a Toolcat Multi Purpose Vehicle.

The Japan Fire Department (JFD) also have this type of appliance.Usually built on Isuzu and Fuso chassis.Their equipment carrier used to carry small bulldozer, small wheelloader and mini excavator.
