This neat-looking rig must be a "Sedan Pumper", too.

It is carrying Suction Hose, Stowage Compartments and what looks like a
little Front-Mounted Pump [or is it a winch; and Pump at rear ??]

Either a car, or small-truck chassis - must have been a bit of a tight fit
wedging 4 Firemen in, with their kit.

It is not a pumper, it tow a trailer pump in this days and had a little portable pump in the back. And it is a small front mounted winch.
