Pierce Dash Pumper

Operated by Newport, Delaware's Minquas Fire Company, Engine 232 is a 1999 Pierce Dash Pumper with a 1250 GPM pump, 1000 gallons of water and 50 gallons of foam. I often forget to mention ladders -- this engine carries a 14ft roof ladder, 35ft extension ladder and collapsible attic ladder.

Hi Lou, can you tell me what type of siren this appliance has on the front bumper please

Paul,
I'm not Lou, but I'll tell you. It is the famous Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren. Loud enough to make dogs run for cover and pedestrians cower and cover their ears! I LOVE them!

Thank you the Fireman, I thought it was but not 100%. I love the sound of the ''rolling siren''
