Have not taken pics of the 58 plate RPs yet.The tractor above was intended to join the tesco fleet, but was not needed, so sfr took it instead.

Scally, It';s certainly not a spare tractor as such, since as Tommy's original caption says, it tows the MICU trailer.

theres 2 of them and i have since been told this was the orignal and the spare is cupled upto the the micu

Hi Steve have'nt heard what's due this year in ARP or RP form, but i do know that the Technical Support Unit[TSU]R248 JGB is up for replacement, a merc atego chassis/cab has arrived at workshops and this apparently replace current TSU.
Various vauxhall vans have also arrived in all shapes and sizes, but dont know if any will go operational.

Hi Scally. We only have two tractor units at SFR, the one above and BX51 NMJ, a scania unit which pulls the Hot Fire Training Unit [HFTU].

That van was maybe a Red Cross Fire and Emergency Support Service Van, which have been introduced into Strathclyde/Central area recently?
