This vehicle currently lives is a shed in Limerick the tank was used to store diesel and the rest is intact the water cannon is sitting in the yard

Im looking for the technical specifications and any workshop manuals that may have been available at the time it was in service. Detroit 8c71 or 8v92? I need to check. Allison transmission, and the independent suspension/hubs etc would have been a Timoney design. Any information would be appreciated.
