DWT 472H + CWT 762H - West Riding Dennis F46 x 2

DWT 472H finally safely under cover, only to discover her new "cell mate" is her long lost sister CWT 762H. When was the last time 2 of these were in the same place at the same time? The more observant of you may notice that DWT has lost her radiator cap on the journey home - If anyone has a "spare" one, it would be very much appreciated. It will be quite a while before the finishing touches of the radiator cap and the "powered by Rolls Royce" badge are required though.

Excellent and amazing how quickly you have got the ball rolling. CWT 762H will surely be inspiration to keep the momentum going.
I for one shall be watching DWT's progress avidly, in fact (if you'll excuse the puns) next to the whiter than white sister machine DWT looks a little embarrassed currently.
What a unique collection this will be. There must be a term for when you have more than one Dennis, maybe it's one Dennis, two "Denni".
Absolutely all the best of luck, it's going to be worth all the effort.

Hi mark its good to see old motors getting restored again.I was on an FBS visit to Strathclyde in august and in a shed in the grounds of Lochgliphead hospital
there is an ex Lanarkshire Dennis D Reg No FVD 844K which hasent moved for 8 years, also in this shed at the right rear is an old hose cart with canvas hose.

Good Day Mark....I wonder if you could give us an update of the progress on DWT 472H since you posted this picture nine years ago.

Also there are several pix of the appliance taken on rally fields in the early 1990s and in those days it looked to be in excellent condition and fully restored in West Riding white livery. So what happened in the years between then and you saving it from oblivion?
