Why does this appliance have a plastic bag wrapped around it's roof lightbar ? i'm guessing it's damaged, must really make the tax payers feel great to see this machine @ event held together with insulation tape & plastic bags, and no, not being nasty, just noticed it that's all !

Don't think I asked on the day, as I was to busy with cadet stuff, but it is likely somebody hit something, I think it will of been repaired by now as this was taken in 2006.
