Darn interesting, to see the separate pump engine.
Obviously Soviet construction, from the U.S.S.R. era.

Quick peek at Metric Conversion, has the Pump moving 1450 Imperial Gallons [1740 U.S. Gallons] per Minute at 145 Pounds Per Square Inch.

Thanks for showing us these Fire Engines.

Seems like this pump capacity could not be handled by the limited horsepower of the standard truck engine with a PTO. It has about four times the volume output of the standard soviet era pumper, and was presumably designed to function mainly as a water relay pumper - hence the LDH outlets on the side panels at the rear.

Like most of the Soviet fire trucks, this was a 6X6 - even their areial ladders were 6X6, and if you have seen any videos of these trucks responding on city streets covered in unplowed deep snow, its easy to see why!

The red paint, whte doors, white stripe and fat whitewall tires were a hallmark of all Soviet fire trucks, and made these trucks look quite distinctive, given that they were identical to a lot of other civilian and military trucks on the roads at that time.
