The fire brigade of Metkovic probably received this pumper Bedford HCB Angus as a donation (Operation Florian)

Hi looks to me like an old Lincolnshire Fire brigade pump. I know a number were donated to Op Florian. There was a Reg One on the run at Saxilby Foe some time.

Hi Nick,
You could well be right. To my knowledge, four HSC versions were donated by Lincolnshire, as were three Lancashire, 3 East Sussex, and 1 Dorset. There were numerous other machines donated to Florian of course, but I only know of these 11 that had the high strength cab.

Hi Ian, thanks for the info my typing skills are not good, regarding the Saxilby pump should have read a "D" reg was on the run for some time at Saxilby.

Ian - did the HSC replace the CSV cab, or was it a different and not quite so toughened design?
