1973 Mark 2A Scoosher. This term is Glasgow vernacular for water pistol. Different from Simonitor as it is articulated. After this appliance left Strathclyde FRS it went to Fulton and Wylie and then to VehicleFinders/Emergency House and it was used for film and TV work, to make rain etc. 14 schooshers were built in total, 6 on this Dodge Tricentrol chassis. Mark 1 and 2 Scooshers were on Dennis chassis. (source Andy Anderson booklet).
