The absence of a right side back door looks odd. Did this have a rear door on the left side for the crew to be able to get into the back seat?

Added by Rob Johnson on 28 October 2017.
These were built with one door on each side. The nearside has a single folding door at the rear (without windows) the offside has a sliding door at the front.
