Bedford S Type chassis ( 4x2 ) - could this be Miles bodywork perhaps ?

Yes this was miles bodywork, 600 gallon water in 2x300tanks there are 2 of these in the RAF Fire service Museum Scampton and 1 In care of Malta Historic Vehicle Trust.
