Beautifully executed tilting crew cab! Looks a lot like Reliant's fibreglass cab, which they developed for the Merryweather Marksman.

Like many Kiwi pumps, it shares both British and North American design features, including the mid mount pump, rear access for preconnected flaked hoses, and no ground ladders.

This is on a standard 10 tonne chassis with a 110 HP 360 CID diesel engine, rather than the SVO 140 HP turbo 300 CID option. The decorative trim between the front turn signals is a dealer add-on, normally seen only on the 1617 models.
