ERF - HCB-Angus - Aerial Platform (VJL 11L)

Built on an ERF 8.4PF chassis this Lincolnshire registered appliance was photographed on 35mm film at the M6 Services, Keele, Staffordshire, England in April 1996.
Off the run it seems to have found a 2nd useful life, maybe a viewer can provide some history on the vehicle.
