New battenbury livery displayed on 1st WTL, Scania P280/CP31/JDC WTL HX11 HYH - this livery first appeared on the two 60 plate MAN appliances, and 2 11 plate Scanias, as it is somewhat cheaper than the West Sussex White Stripe livery that first appeared on 1993 M reg BASUs and N reg 1994 Rapier pumps.
Scania P270/CP31/JDC HX06 OMH (normally retained appliance at Worthing but running as 2nd whilst CAFS fitted HX06 GMO was off the run).
Volvo ALP R331 SPO
Reserve fleet Dennis Rapier MK2/JDC S270 UOW (ex East Wittering having run 20,935 miles) running as retained crewed 3rd WTL 01P3.
Hidden from view by the ALP is Scania H.R.T HX58 KHR.
With the 3 Training Centre Dennis appliances in the rear drill yard, once again Dennis appliances were out numbering Scania products at Worthing.
The Volvo ALP and Dennis Rapier still feature 2 tone horns rather than electonic wailers.
