photo is taken at a Hong Kong street. All appliances can be seen here. Ranging from the Dennis Sabre MP, Scania/SK Fire RHP, Scania/SK fire Rescue Tender, Scania/SK fire HPs, a MAN F2000 HAZMAT pod plus a Mercedes Sprinter ambulance. Note: the unattended police motorcycle at the centre of the fire applainces.

K9, what kind of incident the hkfsd responds to on this photo, is it a no 3 alarm fire? did you have the pbase photo site?

yep it is a no.3 alarm fire&at the same time there are gas leak at the ground which the HAZMAT unit was called. I have Pbase gallery. My pbase name is TST MCU&K9

No, it is not a No.3 Alarm Fire because it is just only an explosion but without naked fire. HKFSD classified it as a No.1 Alarm Fire with explosion which happened on 11 April 2006. At the time of first call (12:28) it is a gas leakage call. During the investigation by firemen and the gas company, the gas suddenly explodes at 14:38 and the HKFSD raise to No.1 Alarm Fire with explosion. At the same time, numerous calls received from the neighbourhood and more fire appliances deployed to the scene.
